Finally pulled together (sort of half-assed) my old notes into this blog since Tenderfoot’s out now!
Don’t have a personal blog comments section and thought folks should have a place to reply to the piece longform if they want to so depositing it here and sticking a link in the piece.
For forum ppl who don’t want to read thru that whole thing, the basic takeaway is:
Don’t fixate on designing a system within certain boundaries when searching for complexity. Wherever you go looking, if you look long enough or from the right perspectives, you’ll find complexity.
Which feels underwhelming and lame but it’s just the honest result of the research so
